Have her choose one answer per question even if several favorites are tied. For the vacation question, agree whether a city and its country count as the same answer before guests play. Write any acceptable alternatives in the available space so your scoring stays consistent.

Give everyone a fair starting point

Hand out the guest sheets face down and offer pens before announcing a start. Suggest five minutes for the eight answers, with a little flexibility if guests need more writing time. Reading each question aloud can help a mixed group follow along without having to lean over a neighbor's page.

For friends and relatives from different parts of her life, consider pairs rather than individual play. Announce that choice before handing out sheets, and put the pair's names on one page. The aim is a friendly personalized baby shower game, not a ranking of who cares most.

Score eight answers against her choices

Read the prepared answers in order and award one point for each match, for a maximum of eight points. Accept an obvious spelling variation that names the same thing; a misspelled book title can still identify the correct book. A vague answer such as ice cream does not identify the requested flavor.
