Wedding emoji game sheet ready on a bridal shower table

Bridal Shower Emoji Game Printable with Answer Key

A table game works best when guests can join without knowing the couple’s entire history. Picture clues give everyone something to discuss, while a separate answer sheet keeps the host from having to settle each guess on the spot.

Save the picture clue sheet

This bridal shower picture quiz contains eight wedding phrases, each represented by two emoji symbols. Guests write the phrase on the line beside its clue. The separate key below gives the intended answers, so keep that page away from the playing tables.

Use the download button to open the full size image in a new tab, then save it from there. Print one game sheet per guest, or one per pair if you would like more conversation. These are image downloads, so use your print preview to check that the full page fits before printing the whole stack.

Give everyone the same starting point

Hand out pencils and explain that each clue describes a wedding phrase rather than a movie title or a fact about the couple. The heart and letter, for example, represent a love letter. If you demonstrate that first clue aloud, award its point to everyone so the example does not change the scores.

Allow about five minutes as a starting point, then extend the round if guests are enjoying it. Pairing people can help when someone is less familiar with emoji symbols. Participation can stay optional, especially while guests are eating or catching up.

Keep this answer key with the host

The answers in order are love letter, wedding cake, honeymoon, wedding bells, bridal shower, wedding ring, first dance, and flower girl. The honey jar and moon form the word honeymoon; the bride and shower refer to the celebration rather than a literal bathroom scene. Read out each clue with its answer so nobody has to crane across the table to see the host sheet.

Give one point per correct phrase, for a possible eight points. Accept a clear equivalent such as engagement ring for the ring clue if you announce that flexibility before scoring. If several guests tie, share the win or draw a name among the tied players instead of inventing an unrelated surprise quiz.

Print a test page before setting the tables

Choose portrait orientation and fit the entire image inside the printable area of Letter or A4 paper. The page has a vertical 2:3 shape, so extra white space may remain on the sheet. Avoid a fill or crop setting that cuts off the outer clues.

Check that the small pictures remain distinguishable, particularly the honey jar, bell, and shower. Ordinary white paper is practical when guests have a table to write on; firmer paper helps if they will hold the sheet in their laps. Keep a spare pencil and a few extra copies beside the stack, with the answer key tucked under your host notes.
