Christmas Gift Tags Printable with Four Cutout Designs
A neatly wrapped present can still end up in the wrong hands when the name is squeezed onto patterned paper. These cutout labels give each parcel a clear place for the recipient and sender while leaving room for a little Christmas character.
Print the gift tag sheet
The sheet below has four different tags, each with a blank To and From line. Choose a pine sprig for simple kraft wrapping, holly for a traditional parcel, a star for a bright package, or a candy cane for a playful gift. The designs share one page so you can print only what you need without sorting through separate files.

How to make sturdy labels

Print at the size you prefer and check the print preview before committing to a whole sheet. A heavier paper holds its shape better than ordinary copy paper, especially when you attach a tag with string.
Cut along each outer border with scissors or a paper trimmer. Write the names before tying the tag to the gift so the package does not wobble under your pen. A small hole near the top lets you thread ribbon or twine through the tag, but keep the hole clear of the illustration and writing lines.
Match the tag to the wrapping
On busy paper, a pale tag creates a readable patch for names. On plain kraft or solid color paper, the small seasonal motif can do more of the decorating. If several gifts are going to the same gathering, write both names clearly rather than relying on ribbon color to tell parcels apart.
These printable gift labels also work on bags: tie one to a handle or fasten it with a small piece of ribbon. For gifts traveling a long way, secure the tag well and consider placing a second name card inside the package in case the outside label comes loose.
Use the leftovers
Keep unused tags flat with your wrapping supplies so the corners stay crisp for the next present. A blank tag can also label a homemade treat bag or a small party favor. If you want to reduce paper waste, print a fresh sheet only when you have several gifts ready to label, and use leftover cardstock scraps for additional handwritten tags.
