Printable miniature Christmas decorations used in a 1:12 scale dollhouse

Free Printable Dollhouse Christmas Decorations (1:12 Scale)

Miniature printables only work when the lines stay crisp and the printer does not quietly change the size. The three resource sheets below give you ornaments, framed pictures, gift wrap, and tags designed for a 1:12 dollhouse. Each sheet includes a one inch calibration square so you can check the printed size before cutting the detailed pieces.

Mini Christmas Ornament Sheet

This sheet contains round baubles, stars, stockings, bells, candy canes, and small paper chains. Cut around each outer line with pointed scissors, then pierce hanging holes with a pin on a cutting mat. Fine sewing thread makes a better hanger than ribbon because it stays close to 1:12 scale.

Tiny Framed Christmas Picture Sheet

Six small pictures give a dollhouse mantel, hall, or bedroom a coordinated holiday detail. Cut each picture on its outer border and glue it to thin card for a simple frame. Add a second card layer behind the image if you want more depth, but avoid thick foam board that will project too far from the miniature wall.

Mini Gift Wrap and Tag Sheet

The final sheet combines three small repeating papers with six blank gift tags. Wrap card cubes rather than solid blocks so the packages stay light, and use thread for the ribbon. Write on the tags before cutting them out, since the larger sheet is easier to steady under a fine pen.

Print and Assemble the Decorations

Open the saved image in an application that lets you control print size, then disable any setting that automatically fills or fits the page. Print at the size that makes the calibration square measure exactly one inch. If it measures smaller or larger, adjust the percentage and make another test before using your best paper.

Matte presentation paper gives cleaner detail than rough copy paper, while thin cardstock works well for tags and framed pictures. Let the ink dry before cutting. Use a metal ruler and craft knife for straight edges, pointed scissors for curves, and a pin for hanging holes.

Keep finished paper Christmas miniatures away from open flames and damp glue. Store unused pieces flat in a small envelope, with the sheet name written outside. The same resources can return each year without adding bulk to the dollhouse.
